PS4 tournament problem

in NBA 2K21 (English)
Almost Any time I try to play a tournament I get stuck at the "Please Wait while we set up the match" screen. Any ideas or more people has the same problem ?

    I'm playing in my first tournament right now and I'm having the exact same issue

    I'm stuck on the please wait screen how can I file a complaint so I can get a win so it won't kick me out the tournament for not playing a game

    You should take a screenshot and open a protest. Explain your problem and join the screenshot.
