Can't do a single thing on the website

It doesn't matter what I try to do on the website, for every single action I get an error. 
Clicking on the profile gives me a "We had a problem loading your data. Please click here to try again" error message. As does clicking on every single other link in the sidebar and missions (except home).  
Clicking on the match tracker gives the "SORRY, AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR MATCH. YOUR MATCH MAY STILL BE PROCESSING OR THE MATCH CODE ITSELF MAY HAVE BEEN ENTERED INCORRECTLY. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE MATCH CODE AND TRY AGAIN." error. When I do add a match code it gets accepted but as soon as I enter the authentication code the little circle thingy does not stop spinning. I have disabled my adblocker and I am using the current Chrome version.

The Bug report template looks as follows:
1. URL: All URLs
2. Error code: Either "SORRY, AN UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR MATCH. YOUR MATCH MAY STILL BE PROCESSING OR THE MATCH CODE ITSELF MAY HAVE BEEN ENTERED INCORRECTLY. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE MATCH CODE AND TRY AGAIN." or "We had a problem loading your data. Please click here to try again". No http error codes
3. Using the page in any way

    Hello,

    Thank you for your report and I am sorry the site was unavailable earlier. Our team restarted a few key processes.

    Would it be possible to try again now and see if you have the same issue?

    Hey Aluminati,

    unfortunately, i still am not able to do anything described above. I do not any longer get the mentioned error when clicking on leaderboard, however the leaderboard does not load. All the other things described above are still happening as of now

    I am sorry to hear that is still not working for you.

    Can you please link me to your CSGO HUB profile.

    Also, please go to a page that doesn't work, right-click and press "inspect element" and then select "console". Please then refresh the page and screenshot the resulting error message.

    Hey Aluminati,

    i have just checked the website again and I am happy to report that. despite not changing anything on my system, the aforementioned errors and bugs are no longer appearing. I was able to connect the match tracker as well as viewing the leaderboard. However, I do not know why this change could have happened. In any way, thanks to you for your efforts to resolve this issue!

    Hello,

    I believe an internal service was down but that should be resolved now.

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing that.
