Martinique/Guadeloupe are in LAN, why can't we register for TFT world cup?

Hello, 
I'm french, living in Martinique, and don't understand why I just can't participate to the TFT championship. Is it too late for me? It doesn't feel right cuz if i'm not in the LAN region, tell me which is mine then? ... Hope I will have an answer soon.

I can't see any difference between Martinique, Guadeloupe and Guyane! 3 french departements in the LAN area. So why only one is allowed?

se supone que así se pasa al día 3 hay desempates no se pasa o que ?
